Large Men's Black (or even gray) ToeSox w/ non-slip sole from toesox.com - got one pair of these Jan '09, comfy. Update: they have some holes, got a second pair!
Server box. Low power use, very low noise (large slow fans in rubber grommets), multi-core fast CPU, huge RAM (for VMWare guests), bunch of fast drives, dual power supplies, dual NICs.
1TB (or higher or expandable) NAS storage device. Quiet, low power, user serviceable, RAID 5 or better fault tolerance
Netbook or sub-laptop, but with a full size keyboard and good vertical resolution (This is kind of depreciated as the iPhone sort of functions as a micro PC) One nice choice was the Asus Eee PC 901 (or whatever the current screen size is) - Linux version if for about $200. Webcam and bluetooth reqd'.
Blu-ray player (even Best Buy's $99 Insignia Blu-ray with 1080p and up convert feature would be okay). The LG BD-390 Blu-ray DVD Player is nice as it has wifi and lets you stream NetFlix, maybe for just under $200 early 2010?
Medium to large HD screen. Not neccessilly flat, but obviously not supper bulky/thick either. OLED would be nice. Great skintones, no re-fresh artifacts, true blacks, low power an important criteria too.
WII: WII Fit,
iHome iP1 Studio Series iPod and iPhone dock. 100 watt MSRP $270. (Don't really need this, but it is sweet!)
